As a member of the IBM Z H/W Global Support Team, you will be primarily responsible for providing support for IBM Z hardware failures.
The role will include: Problem determination on hardware failure, creating action plan to resolution, explaining problems to customer, coordinating maintenance window, directing action plan to IBM service engineer, and ordering parts if required.
