Develop and own HR strategiesfor Aerospace for three Aero Integrated Supply Chain functions.Sourcing, Focused Supplier Development organization (FSD) and RateReadiness organizations. You will be the business partner across the threeorganizations partnering with the functional Vice Presidents and theirleadership teams. You will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders tobroker HR services and actively engage in staffing, organizationaldevelopment, & talent management. You will build upon and rely on yourHR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resourcesprinciples with business objectives. You will align organizationaltransformations and staffing strategies to promote talent and growth.
Key Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 10+ years of exceptional experience in HR project management or a related role
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex HR projects and initiatives
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
