Understand the orchestration of a combined Sales and Service end-to-end process
Deliver the e2e process including Sales Orders, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Customer Projects, Deliveries, Billing Documents, Invoicing and Financial Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
Coordinate the activities of the team in all phases of the project
Propose the to-be design and if needed, the alternative solutions when requirements are not supported by Standard best practices
Be prescriptive and guide the customer in the standard process of SAP.
Help the customer to make key decisions (preparing pros and cons)
Proactively manage the gaps / delta requirements with SAP Product team
Collaborate with Customer’s business process teams to ensure alignment and support
Recommend best practices for data governance
What you bring:
Strong Expertise in the Solution Order Management Area, knowledge of End to End process, implementation experiences in S/4HANA Public Cloud
Should have experience from other projects in the area of Solution Order Management.
Strong knowledge on the standard solution (what is available, what is not).
Regular travel required to Paris and Germany weekly initially.
