Develop strategies with complex projects ranging across existing analytics and new strategies
Assess, create, and present long term strategies and analytical business cases to senior management and key stakeholders.
Write and execute advanced level SAS or business intelligence code. Develop and maintain reports to track business progress and to ensure right controls in place.
Perform ad hoc assessments to solve key business questions or respond to customer initiatives.
Partner with Fraud Risk, Authentication, Fraud Operations, Account Opening, Payments, Rewards, Channels, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Lines of Business teams to drive Trust & Security priorities/business requirements related to Scam Prevention, Wrongdoer Prevention, Claims Management
Coordinate with Technology, Systems and Operations partners to implement new projects as required. Participate in developing and implementing best practices across the broader team.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Master’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field of study with 5 years of experience
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in analytics or banking" or "At least 2 years of experience in analytics or banking.
Experience with SQL and Database tools such as Teradata SQL Assistant, Brio, or Business Objects;
Microsoft Office including use of pivot tables, array formulas, and visualizations in Excel
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Strong organizational, time and project management skills
