As a Acquisition Campaign Manager Sr. Associate for Business Banking you will manage, coordinate and collaborate with strategy partners on Acquisition campaigns. In addition, you will ensure a strong control environment and serve as a second set of eyes on final creative and other executional aspects for campaign management. You will also collaborate with marketing managers to identify opportunities, efficiencies, campaign strategy and the framework for measurement and reporting.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage internal agency relationships and creative versions (by program)
  • Deliver campaigns and other programs
  • Optimize direct response marketing campaigns to improve results, create efficiencies and reduce costs
  • Deliver a strong focus on end-to-end customer experience, providing exceptional customer experience overall, while also ensuring all the details of the experience are flawlessly executed
  • Manage multi-channel execution (from concept development to delivery) including working across multi-functional teams, such as Product and Marketing Strategy Team, Segment and branch partners, agencies for creative development and execution along with Legal and Compliance for approval of all marketing content
  • Manage campaigns (digital, print, awareness and offer-based) to ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget parameters

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in direct (print), email and/or digital marketing
  • Knowledge in Digital marketing such as: owned, earned and paid channels - Strong executional knowledge of paid display, email, and website creative
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization
  • High energy, solutions-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
