Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a project/program management, consulting, or client facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, program management, or a similar role in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Experience in process analysis, operational modeling, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization.
- Experience working within or closely with large-scale operational environments.
- Ability to work autonomously within a global, cross-functional environment leading multiple programs concurrently, and translate data and insights into strategies, business cases, and operational improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing and managing relationships with stakeholders, including executives.
