As an essential part of our team, you'll be the wizard behind product presentations and demonstrations before and after the sale. Your role doesn't stop there: you'll be involved at every stage of the process, from demand generation to supporting the adoption and expansion of our solutions. Here’s a glimpse of your daily responsibilities:
• Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and/or English.
• Experience: Extensive experience in pre-sales and supporting complex, multi-solution architectures. Experience working with Customer Experience products.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge and experience in SAP Sales & Service or another world-class Sales & Service solution, along with desirable knowledge of other SAP CX products (SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Emarsys, SAP BTP, SAP CDP, others).
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to inspire and lead within internal teams.
• Teamwork and Empathy: A true team player who fosters collaboration and shows empathy towards colleagues and customers.
• Resilience: The ability to adapt and handle complex and ever-changing situations with the best attitude.
• Problem Solving: Stay aware of implementation issues and ensure this knowledge is reflected in all activities.
Beyond the Tasks

• Accountable for delivering the outcomes of assigned sub-projects, working independently within your area of responsibility.

Complexity
• Working on sub-projects and activities of moderate complexity, providing solutions that improve existing systems and processes.
• Providing regular updates to managers or project managers on business statuses.
Experience and Technical Skills
• Competence in various tools, procedures, and programming languages used to accomplish daily tasks.
