HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
  • Accountable for managing the Global Connect account across multiple countries for the NI portfolio with an overarching sales target.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, collaborating closely with pre-sales experts.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders at Global Connect to understand their objectives and challenges, thereby increasing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate activities among sales, pre-sales, and other functions to meet business objectives, leveraging organizational understanding and market knowledge.
  • Participate in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and contribute to the 'Win the Deal' process.
  • Interpret internal and external challenges, recommending best practices to enhance products, processes, and services.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions within defined scope, providing leadership and expertise to deal teams.
  • Lead cross-functional deal teams with manageable risks and resource requirements.

  • Head of NI Sales Nordics&Baltics, LG
  • Business Group (Pre-sales, Pricing, F&C, Delivery)
  • Legal and other Corporate Functions
  • Strategy & Sales Ops

Your skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, business, or related field.
  • Approximately 10 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in direct sales within the Telecommunication/IT & related services industry.
  • Excellent understanding of the local market/industry dynamics, including competitor trends, with specific knowledge of IP, Optics, and Fixed Access Networks solutions.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in any Scandinavian language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish) is advantageous.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of Nokia’s complete portfolio on IP, Optics, and Fixed Access Networks solutions.
  • Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close deals, with a solid performance history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience working within a matrix organization and effective communication skills across all levels.
