The role requires strong leadership, organisation and stakeholder management skills (internal and external), understanding of merchandising, savyness in business / retail planning and sales. The ideal candidate has experience with GTM processes, leading seasonal sell-in with partners to ensure our Consumer Fields of Play (Categories) strategies and priorities are landing in the marketplace to serve our consumer.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONYou will be the right hand of our Sales Director, supporting Account Executive teams to ensure execution of our channel strategy through the lenses of Consumer Fields of Play (Categories) to best serve our consumer. You will obssess our strategic and tactical planning bringing the right visibility of the NSP business to internal stakeholders and leadership teams. This includes:
- Accountability to report the retail & wholesale commercial performance of the NSP business and profitability (Gross-to-net)
- Primary Contact of the NSP business for Strategic Internal Stakeholders
- Support the sales team by establishing our rhythm of the game, implementing processes and forums to manage and drive the business (i.e. Quarterly Business Reviews, Trade Performance Meetings, etc)
- Support Account teams to drive seasonal sell-in process, collaborating with Account Sr Managers to Ensure Execution of CFOP Strategy, Seasonal Stories and Assortment Adoption
- Partner with Planning & Finance teams to align on NSP Financial Forecasting Including Fleet Plans
- Primary Lead of the GTM Partner Connect Gate (Sell-in), ensuring planning and execution of the event including logistics, category presentations and rotation sessions in Collaboration with Nike teams (Events, Sales, Merchandising, Marketing and Planning)
- Obssess in-season trade process, identifying additional opportunities to improve retail performance and productivity especially across different accounts
WHAT YOU BRING- Experience in Retail Planning, Operations and/or Merchandising
- Highly Organised and Structured Individual. Experience in Project Management is a plus.
