Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in technical program management or related technical role in a network environment.
3 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
Experience with Networking, Network Architecture, Networking Protocols, Software Architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with investigative, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
Understanding of the complex relationship between the organization and its environment, with ability to identify connections, adopt different perspectives, and quickly respond to changing circumstances in a strategic way.
Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
Comfortable with changing specifications or standards, and ability to create conditions in which the team feels comfortable and capable of working through ambiguity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that drive executional impact at scale.
