- 8 years of experience in technical program management or related technical role in a network environment.
- 3 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
- Experience with Networking, Network Architecture, Networking Protocols, Software Architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with investigative, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Understanding of the complex relationship between the organization and its environment, with ability to identify connections, adopt different perspectives, and quickly respond to changing circumstances in a strategic way.

- Comfortable with changing specifications or standards, and ability to create conditions in which the team feels comfortable and capable of working through ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that drive executional impact at scale.
