The main responsibilities:

• Project Cube business admin tasks:
  • Manage reorganization changes/year-end hierarchy changes (mapping tables + related IT support depending on changes)
  • Tool opening and closing
  • Data transfers like:
• Redbox data to Project Cube Reporting and AAS
• ERP data to Project Cube Reporting and AAS
• SCRM and LOA data to Project Cube Forecasting
• Cost management reporting (4C) data loads · GOPS data load
  • Reconciliations for above data loads
  • WBS mapping update preparations
  • SuperLOA processing
  • CT adjustment data deletion and activities for shifting quarters in Cubus (Project Cube Forecasting)
  • Updating online schedule and runbook and communication towards business
  • Providing support and guidance to end users for technical support requests
  • Management of the Project Cube SuperLoA email box
  • Additional reporting and communication
• Concept owner role (link between business and IT)
• T2/T3 business support
• Support during INT and UAT testing
• Member of Project Cube Design Core Team

GKU contributes to:

• Drive reporting activities based on the monthly reporting schedule,
• Work with internal business partners to identify and translate business requirements for IT development,
• Participate in system development, including support for project management, design, testing and training,
• Partner with IT solution owners to manage future upgrades and enhancements,
• Provide use phase support and trainings for the unit key users and reporting process experts.

Must to have:

• Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Computer Science / Information Systems, or a related field
• At least three (3) years of professional experience in a field related to financial reporting systems with excellent problem-solving skills accompanied with willingness to learn new things at a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English with effective communication and presentation skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Project Cube Reporting and Forecasting systems
• Understanding of finance & accounting concepts
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis leveraging e.g., Oracle HFM / Essbase / SQL and Microsoft Power BI,
• Understanding of the financial planning and close cycles
• Experience in analysing business requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting testing, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users
