As the Section Leader – Advanced Facilities, you will support the Director of Operations and provide leadership to your Section. In this role you will provide inspirational leadership and role modelling of Jacobs’ core values, fostering an inclusive and diverse culture that embodies Jacobs’ Culture of Caring and prioritises the health and wellbeing of your people. You will set clear direction and provide a strong client focus. Your responsiveness and ability to develop strong client relationships will help to ensure we can identify and anticipate client needs and ensure our recruitment, retention and development programs reflect this need.

  • Visionary mindset to shape long-term goals and direction with capacity to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business success.
  • Analytical skills to assess risks, evaluate options, and make informed decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends, including technological advancements and client preferences.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets, optimize resources, and drive profitability.
