Description
This role will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of key strategic initiatives across the organization. It requires a blend of strategic thinking, program management, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex technical projects, a strong understanding of program budgeting, and exceptional presentation skills.Your responsibilities will include:Some international travel may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering program management or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Experience in directing people (lead, delegate, motivate) and key operational processes.
- Experience driving cross-functional efforts across major technical disciplines: software, hardware, and quality assurance.
- Previous programming experience is a must.
- Experience managing technical projects.
- Strong financial acumen and program budget management experience.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Hand-on experience with Scrum or other Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization, with the ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience.
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Management Consulting, or other high-performance organizations.
- Experience managing chief of staff duties.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300 and $199,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
