Key Responsibilities
  • Take end-to-end ownership of key programs that are cross-functional and critical to the success of the Product Group, to include managing key internal and external events in conjunction with the (GTM) Go To Market team
  • Skilled communicator able to translate complex ideal and topics into executive level communication through email, verbal, or PowerPoint presentations
  • Create and implement program plans to support the achievement of organizational goals and strategic cross-functional programs
  • Lead cross-functional program teams and manage timelines and deliverables in conjunction with KPIs and key metrics
  • Independently develop and present insights based on KPIs, metrics, and data you gather as part of key programs to leadership for further decision
  • Take the initiative to identify and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring on-time program completion and delivery of outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather program requirements, identify KPIs, and ensure alignment
  • Monitor and communicate progress to key stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among stakeholders and all teams through all engagements internally and externally
  • Leverage data to continually assess and improve the program management processes, systems, tools and methodologies
  • Support the Semester Planning team and the AOFP planning process as needed
Job Requirements
  • 8+ years’ experience successfully managing programs for a complex organization
  • Excellent communication skills and experience at communicating the executive level through written, verbal and visual forms
  • Ability to collaborate with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
  • Exceptional operational and strategic planning and coordination skills
  • Demonstrated ‘independent operator’ who can identify challenges, create solutions, and solve problems with little to no guidance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to determine KPI’s and how to measure team performance
  • Excellence with the Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
  • Proficiency leveraging project management software and tools such as Atlassian, Jira, Miro, etc.
  • PMP or Agile Program Management experience preferred
Education and Experience
  • BS/BA or equivalent; with an MBA or advanced certifications strongly preferred
  • Typically requires a minimum of 12 years related experience.
