[PURPOSE / MISSION]
- Monthly sales target achievement for total channel Golf
- Actively influence the indent orders of KAs during pre-sell-in and sell-out
- Ensure proper execution of all in-store promotions, campaign activation, and brand presentation for ORT & Ecom.
- Assist in implementing the Key Account, ORT, and Ecom Plans and ensure quarterly reviews are properly set.
- Represent the Key Account & ORT & Ecom team internally as an “ambassador” towards all functions and manage all interfaces.
Assist in the development of account strategies, formalization by account plans and get sign-off by relevant director.
- Sell-in and agree on sell-through support. Formalize specific Account’s Marketing plans.
- Continue to monitor the sell-through and the order back-log as well as reliable and cost efficient supply for the account.
-Develop and enhance the store operation (VM / staff knowledge / product availability, etc.) to ensure the winning at store.
- Monitor the progress of assigned accounts KPIs to ensure target achievement
