Your key responsibilities
• Provide support on EY SharePoint based application known as EY Interact.
• Setting up SharePoint sites for EY client engagements.
• Setting up workspaces for different client engagement roles with specific levels of accesses.
• User management, enrolment and site administration.
• Answering functional query from client or user or EY user on behalf of client user.
• Incident escalation to respective team either on behalf of client or user
• Answering user queries in a timely manner to ensure SLAs are met.
• Escalation of change request and defects to respective team or contact on behalf of client, team or the user
• Logging of calls, requests and incidents within Service Now
• Building good knowledge of internal business processes and to offer guidance to drive efficiencies.
Skills and attributes for success
6 months to 1.5 years of total work experience in SharePoint application support
