As an IT Service Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering new IT services to the Akamai community. This is through process, procedure, documentation, and service delivery planning. Every project starts somewhere, and you'll be right on the front lines of emerging IT strategy. You will be responsible for executing essential IT planning, documentation, training, and overall service strategy.

As an IT Service Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Working closely and collaboratively with members of many different teams across Akamai.
• Ensuring that everything is in place to launch new products and services.
• revamping and relaunching existing processes and services
• Bringing your creativity and technical expertise to solve problems on the fly.
• Creating, revising, and delivering documentation, training, and related materials connected to IT services and programs

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, another related field or its equivalent
• Have the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and diplomatically in oral and written forms.
• Be able to plan, develop, prioritize, write, and edit operational and technical procedures
• Demonstrate knowledge with HTML, Adobe Creative Cloud, CSS, Microsoft 365, and ServiceNow.
• Have previous or current customer-facing IT support experience
