Maintain standard key performance indicators to be measured, monitored and reported monthly (SLAs, dashboards, capacity modeling and forecasting).
Directs a team to provide timely and accurate processing of requests, and any raised issues.
Lead and support process improvement initiatives, including automations.
Support standardized processes and documenting procedures for the meeting functions, both internally and externally to facilitate ease of use for users from all departments.
Evaluate, implement, and enhance the internal controls.
Collaborate with different teams to establish regular communication to resolve issues.
Assist with internal and external audit and compliance requirements.
Foster a culture of team building, continuous learning and improvement, and collaboration.
Adhere to and promote the adherence to all Corporate, Quality and Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience meeting & events management or hospitality management
Proficient in MS Office tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
