You're Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain standard key performance indicators to be measured, monitored and reported monthly (SLAs, dashboards, capacity modeling and forecasting).
  • Directs a team to provide timely and accurate processing of requests, and any raised issues.
  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives, including automations.
  • Support standardized processes and documenting procedures for the meeting functions, both internally and externally to facilitate ease of use for users from all departments.
  • Evaluate, implement, and enhance the internal controls.
  • Collaborate with different teams to establish regular communication to resolve issues.
  • Assist with internal and external audit and compliance requirements.
  • Foster a culture of team building, continuous learning and improvement, and collaboration.
  • Adhere to and promote the adherence to all Corporate, Quality and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience meeting & events management or hospitality management
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Supervisory or team leader experience
