Minimum Qualifications
  • MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Optical Engineering with a background in semiconductor processing/fabrication and at least 2 years of industry experience.
  • Proficiency in process Design of Experiments (DOE) and Physical Failure Analysis (PFA).
  • Knowledge of statistical data analysis, with expertise in using relevant tools (e.g., JMP).
Preferred Qualifications
  • PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Optical Engineering with a background in semiconductor processing/fabrication
  • A solid background in semiconductor process integration, particularly in assembly processes, is highly desirable.
  • Experience in IC qualification and reliability test is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience collaborating with external fabs/vendors is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in taking initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team with diverse expertise and explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
