Theis responsible for developing and managing IT projects and their cost, time and scope. Responsibilities include: project plan, communication plan, allocating tasks and setting milestones, monitoring and reporting on progress and negotiating with Team leads and managers to resource the teams as needed.

What a typical day looks like:
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans for IT projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and goals
Project Management Office: Participate as a Tower lead in the IT Corporate PMO org to align on approach, tooling and methodologies to achieve consistency across the organization
Program Management: Oversee the management of multiple projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and external partners.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively across projects and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and balancing competing priorities.
Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across projects and programs.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate project and program performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership and making recommendations for improvements.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project managers and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Project Management:
Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
Align project objectives with Flex goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives
Deliver and install technology solutions in conjunction with Flex ESO teams and others as required
Help project team with the design and development tasks
Lead process of issue identification and resolution
Manage risk tracking process
Monitor and manage scope
Manage all documentation of project
Ensure Hand off from Project team documented solutions to Operations teams.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering., Comp. Science., or IT. ( or equivalent experience)
Total 12+Yrs of exp in IT with 5-6 years working experience in supporting & managing IT Projects and Programs for multi-national organizations.
Experience in working in a PMO environment with deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools and best practices
Ability to demonstrate skill in bringing complex projects to realization to meet the business goals in a timely fashion.
PMP, PgMP or equivalent certifications, ITIL or ITSM certifications mandatory.
