Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND8+ yearswith building& releasingcomplex platforms & services across the cloud and edge.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience successfully rolling out major product releases or initiatives, with examples.
  • years experienceleading planning and execution of cross-functional and cross-organization projects involvingmultiple organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity and risks. Youdon’tget stuck, but bias for action by using your instincts, experiences, andpull theteamtogethertoidentity, assess, and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

As a
- Release Managementspecializing in Release Management, you willbe responsible forthe following:

  • diverse product and service teams tobe able tosuccessfully deliveron our Edge portfolio & releaseson-timewhilemeetingall our release criteria. This includes driving cross-team scrums,shiprooms,reviews with senior E+P leaders,semester/sprintplanning, andcross-organizationaldependency reviews
  • that may span different organizations can successfully come together to deliver successthat can be measured.
  • Actively shape an organizational culture to drive excellence in release managementandorganizational processes. Help build an open, diverse, andinclusive culture where everyoneon the teamis empowered to share their opinions,concerns, and suggestions to help better the teamand removeroadblocks to success.
  • be able tosetupthe right processes and rhythms within their own teams to help contribute towards successful releases
  • Provide regular updates to senior leaders in E+Pon state of releases, risks, and mitigations.
  • Innovate and make service deployment and maintenance efficientsuch that itprovides great reliability with minimal manual engineer intervention
