Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience as a HR business partner, HR generalist or in a people oriented role supporting leaders at global companies.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish, English and Portuguese fluently for interactions with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in Brazil and one other Spanish-speaking Latin American country concurrently.
- Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.
- Ability to garner consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, surrounding new ideas and strategies.
- Ability to effectively communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts in both a written and verbal format.
