As our next, you’ll be at the forefront of precision manufacturing, responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC Swiss machines to produce high-accuracy parts. Your expertise inwill ensure production excellence and customer satisfaction.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:• Write and modify CNC programs for Swiss-type lathes (e.g., Nomura, Citizen, Star)
• Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines, including material loading and tool setting
• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines
• Identify and resolve programming, tooling, and machine operation issues
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of machine settings, programs, and production runs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in CNC programming with Swiss-type lathes
• Proficiency in G-code and M-code programming
• Strong understanding of machining processes and technical drawings
• High attention to detail and precision
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Technical certification or associate degree in machining or manufacturing
• Experience working with a range of Swiss CNC machines (Nomura, Citizen, Star)
• Familiarity with advanced inspection tools and quality systems
