Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in business, marketing, digital ads, sales, or a similar field.
Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact in this customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with and communicating effectively with advertisers, agencies, and/or clients and influencing C-level stakeholders.
Experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, or digital marketing, and executing multi-quarter strategies.
Experience in advertising sales, media account management, and achieving goals to drive client growth.
Knowledge of Google Ads and traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics.
Ability to strategically assess and solve client needs via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged promotions.
Ability to leverage data to uncover insights to support proposals and analyze impact.
