Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in business, advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, digital ads, media or similar field.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact in this customer-facing role
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with and communicating effectively with advertisers, agencies, or clients and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Experience in advertising sales, media account management, and achieving goals to drive client growth.
- Experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, or digital marketing executing multi-quarter strategies.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and traditional and online marketing strategy.
- Ability to strategically assess and solve client needs via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
- Ability to leverage data to uncover insights to support proposals and analyze impact.
