RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maximize the usefulness of Gong data by applying data science expertise to our unique and rich GTM conversation dataset
- Work with unstructured data to drive insights, innovate ways to extract insights from conversational data, and develop predictive capabilities
- Combine conversational data with other relevant GTM data points from various tools to support our GTM teams
- Develop and implement advanced analytics models and machine learning algorithms to uncover patterns and trends in sales conversations
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in data science within a Sales and / or GTM context
- Strong experience with data science, statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive algorithms
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and programming languages (e.g., Python)
- Proven experience in extracting insights from data from pre-and post-sales sales and customer success
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience working with conversational data (e.g., call transcripts, chat logs)
- Experience working with Snowflake data warehouse
- Expertise in software B2B business models, with specific functional expertise in Sales systems
- Experience working with large-scale unstructured data, particularly conversational data
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Experience in building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment
