Your key responsibilities
- To Work on Statutory Compliance under various Labour Laws, Human Resource Laws, Environmental, and Health & Safety Laws across India.
- Handling and managing periodical Client Labour and Social audits across India.
- Looking after compliances under POSH.
- To make sure that HR Policies are in adherence to various Labour Laws, Co-ordinating with various government authorities for renewal of various licenses under S&E Act, CLRA Act, License etc.,
- Represent the organization in Labour Inspections, Labour office summons etc.
- Coordinate with Statutory Authorities, Government departments, Legal Consultants etc.
- Managing huge volume of data for statutory filings, • Prepare and disseminate Periodical Management Reports, •
- Drafting of response to Notices Notes of Inspections, Memos, Summons, Complaint received from Statutory Authorities etc.
- Maintenance of Statutory Records & Registers under the Labour related, Human resource related and other enactments.
- Filing of various periodical returns before various labour authorities for multiple offices across PAN India.
- Interpreting on the matters arising during course of Statutory and non-statutory compliances.
- Interact with people from various stakeholders e.g- Legal, HR, Payroll, Finance, Consultants etc and communicate with them the issues related to compliance and to ensure necessary checks are in place.
Skills and attributes for success
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in managing end to end labour compliances with support from compliance vendor.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Should have experience in Microsoft suite including MS- Excel & PowerPoint for leadership presentation
