Success in the SDR role requires a hunter-mentality with significant time spent on the phone, primarily performing independent prospecting into large named accounts, as well as following up on leads generated from marketing programs. You will work cross-functionally and very closely with marketing and field sales teams across the region to generate demand and pipeline for the Machine Identity Security solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect new business opportunities with major accounts via cold call, email, prospecting tools, & marketing leads provided
- Cold call into major accounts to uncover potential contacts and set meetings
- Educate prospects on the Machine Identity Security and understand a prospect company’s primary business issues to match a fitting solution. Nurture them until they are qualified and ready to engage
- Drive traffic to various online and offline events including (but not limited to) tradeshows, webinars, and seminars
- Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability
- Ability to manage and track opportunities and pipelines in Salesforce
- Professionally represent yourself and CyberArk at all times to prospects, customers, and vendors
