About you

  • Experienced in global mobility, international HR, or reward.
  • Knowledge of global mobility software.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic; able to embrace new ways of working.
  • A strong team player: able to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Experience of working within – or with - professional services.
  • Able to deliver high quality output (e.g. reports, slide decks).
  • A sound understanding of common global mobility compensation approaches – and a keenness to develop this knowledge further.
  • Able to identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review, and know when to refer or escalate.
  • Client-focused and commercially aware.
  • Able to prioritise effectively and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Able to solve problems creatively and pragmatically.
  • An excellent communicator - orally and in writing.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising within and between on-shore and off-shore teams, striving for continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the design and roll-out of new Go To market ideas for our existing clients and targets.
  • Contributing towards our exciting mobility transformation opportunities and projects.
  • Utilising technology solutions to enhance the value of what we deliver to our clients.
  • Contributing to the successful delivery of client services (Mobility Transformation and Mobility Talent operate).
  • Adhering to Quality and Risk Management processes.
