Oversee the fiduciary management of closely held and real property assets within fiduciary accounts.
Provide strategic leadership and guidance to team members and colleagues.
Drive business development initiatives for the CHAM and RPAM teams, in collaboration with Trust Officers, Bankers, and Wealth Advisors.
Serve as a liaison with internal Compliance, Legal, and Risk partners to address complex client issues.
Lead and/or participate in fiduciary committees responsible for asset acceptance, resolution of complex fiduciary issues, review of high risk relationships and portfolio concentrations, transaction approval and asset related risk mitigation
Ensure adherence to banking regulations, policies, procedures, and JPMorgan standards.
Continuously evaluate business processes to identify and implement efficiencies.
Qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Advanced degrees and professional credentials (e.g., MBA, CPA, ASA) are advantageous.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in investment management, business lending, capital markets advisory, fiduciary services, business valuation, and/or legal practice is required.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and strong oral and written communication abilities.
Proficient in conducting in-depth analyses and utilizing problem-solving skills to achieve desired outcomes.
Willingness to travel as necessary (less than 25%).
