Job Responsibilities
- Ability to lead a projects to conclusion, by identifying key stakeholders, problem solving, understanding legal/regulatory framework, and motivating participants to complete deliverables
- Frequently be relied on as a SME to lead meetings, train, and answer questions as they arise.
- Utilize understanding of business lines and risk framework to review and provide updates on policies and procedures
- Communicate directly with auditors (both internal and external regulators) on any questions they may have, in addition to gathering, reviewing, and coordinating testing samples
- Work with the CHAM Team to identify and communicate to technology any bugs/defects/enhancements to the proprietary asset management platform
- Participate and provide decisions in technology budgeting and prioritization meetings
- Respond to ad-hoc requests that may arise from business partners
- Ability to prepare, interpret and communicate complex analysis of various data
- Understand all reporting completed for both CHAM and RPAM, and in some instances be able to prepare the reporting directly
- Provide detailed updates on projects/initiatives to CHAM, RPAM, various Committees, and senior management
- Provide support to the Practice Lead in developing and communicating effective strategies for the practice
- Consistently analyze business processes to identify and implement efficiencies
Qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor degree in Project Management, Business, Finance, or other related field
- Advanced degrees and credentials are a plus (MBA, CPA, PMP, etc)
- Five to eight years of business or project management experience preferred or equivalent experience obtained through related project management, audit, closely held, real property or trusts & estates experience
- Knowledge and understanding of closely held, real property, and/or trusts & estates
- Detail oriented, with excellent organizational skills and strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team environment
- Ability to provide in depth analysis of situations and utilize problem solving skills to find a desired solution
- Willingness to research and understand unfamiliar topics and concepts by leveraging internal partners and lines of business
- Ability to confidently prepare and present to internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Some travel may be required
