The successful candidate will have experience working with senior level external partners, strong negotiation acumen, excellent verbal and written communications skills, experience working with a broad array of stakeholders (e.g. product, marketing, legal), and a track record of delivering high quality results.Key job responsibilities• Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships that delight customers and support strategic objectives on a global basis.
• Work closely with internal engineering, product and marketing teams to identify, evaluate and drive feature adoption among top partners.
• Evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of partnerships and work with appropriate leaders across all functional areas of Amazon to execute on the relationships.
• Drive partner success by working closely with cross-matrix teams including: Legal, PR, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Advertising.
• Prepare business reviews for internal and external senior management teams.
- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
