Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, implement and maintain financial reports and dashboards that provide insight into financial performance.
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert on financial systems/centralized and standardized reporting.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance stakeholders and the internal team to evolve and expand our Global Finance Data Domain along with development and management of reporting and analytics solutions.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing data-driven insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial reporting.
• Create and maintain documentation including design, requirements, and user training

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, with a focus on financial data.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization software like Tableau and PowerBI.
• Intermediate Excel skills (VBA, power query) and proficiency in the Microsoft O365 suite
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree or certification in business analytics or a related field.
• Understanding of data tools and programming languages (SQL, Python)
• Experience with big data platforms and technologies like Snowflake and AWS
• Basic understanding of Finance Reporting Systems (Oracle Hyperion/EPM Cloud) or SAP is a plus.
• Agile certification
