We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager of Content Security to lead our efforts in protecting the integrity and confidentiality of our entertainment content within the EMEA region. This role is pivotal in ensuring our productions and intellectual property are secure throughout the content lifecycle—from development to distribution. As the EMEA Regional Lead, you will serve as the primary point of contact for addressing content security matters in the local market, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement and uphold our global security standards.
Job Responsibilities
Implement a comprehensive content security strategy tailored for the EMEA region, ensuring protection across the entire content lifecycle.
Serve as the regional point of contact for content security issues, including incident response and resolution of security breaches, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, legal, product, and content teams, ensuring alignment on security protocols and practices specific to the EMEA market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners to integrate security measures into the regional production process.
Provide expert guidance and training to internal teams and external partners on best practices for content security, particularly within the EMEA context.
Support the implementation of security technologies and tools to safeguard content from unauthorized access, leaks, and piracy.
Support the Vendor Program Manager in assessing and remediating key production and post production vendors in the EMEA region
Contribute to the development of global content security standards and advocate for improved practices within the EMEA region.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a content security, information security, or related role within the entertainment industry, preferably within the EMEA region.
Strong understanding of production workflows, content-handling vendor management, and cybersecurity best practices.
Experience working with creative talent and an understanding of production challenges and IP security needs.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex security requirements and best practices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and respond to security incidents swiftly and effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with content security technology, anti-piracy protections, and industry standards.
