Job Responsibilities
cultivatebest practices inprocess andmethodology
Lead AIdesign projects from creation to execution and be responsible tying back to customer value delivery and outcomes
Partner with leadership, stakeholders, cross-functional teams to create AI-driven features and core AI capabilities
Create user-friendly interfaces and experiences for AI-powered products and services.
Communicate and present AI concepts and strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Keep updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance AI capabilities and performance.
Test andvalidateAI designs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency in real-world applications.
leverageand extend the use of design system, style guides,patternsand assets in the creation of UX deliverables

Requirements
15+ years’ experience and 4-5 years managing managers
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
Exceptional leadership abilities with a passion for fostering a positive team environment.
Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in the study of user experience, design,researchor related fields
Proven experience in leading,growingand inspiringhighly talented
Complete UX skillset, to deliver excellence across products and platforms, mobile apps, financial servicesexpertisean advantage
Experience leading delivery, through feedback, design critique, presentation to program sponsors, planning and coordinating with partners where needed
Familiarity and experience with standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Miro, Sketch, and Invision
