Job Responsibilities

• cultivatebest practices inprocess andmethodology

• Lead AIdesign projects from creation to execution and be responsible tying back to customer value delivery and outcomes

• Partner with leadership, stakeholders, cross-functional teams to create AI-driven features and core AI capabilities

• Create user-friendly interfaces and experiences for AI-powered products and services.

• Communicate and present AI concepts and strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Keep updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance AI capabilities and performance.

• Test andvalidateAI designs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency in real-world applications.

• leverageand extend the use of design system, style guides,patternsand assets in the creation of UX deliverables

• leveragingyour strengths to help others grow

Requirements

• 15+ years’ experience and 4-5 years managing managers

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.

• Exceptional leadership abilities with a passion for fostering a positive team environment.

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in the study of user experience, design,researchor related fields

• Proven experience in leading,growingand inspiringhighly talented

• Complete UX skillset, to deliver excellence across products and platforms, mobile apps, financial servicesexpertisean advantage

• Experience leading delivery, through feedback, design critique, presentation to program sponsors, planning and coordinating with partners where needed

• Familiarity and experience with standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Miro, Sketch, and Invision
