About the Role
In this role, you will:
Be the technical advocate for the EMEA business - provide technical evangelism, acting as a company spokesperson with external media and strategic thinking to our customers, partners and sales team
Be a thought leader in cyber security and cloud native security evidenced through presenting at regional conferences and other industry events.
Interact with deep technical and security professionals internally and externally, fostering capability to competitively differentiate Rapid7 solutions.
Present business outcomes based on Rapid7 solutions to C-level executives
Partner with Rapid7 executives, sales, marketing, and products teams on go-to-market strategy for the region.
Be a key member in the Executive Engagement program
The skills you’ll bring include:
10+ years enterprise security solution and networking experience
5+ years hands-on experience with public cloud security with in-depth knowledge of multiple Security Solutions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 10+ years related work experience supporting and working closely with sales, customer success and partner organizations.
Presenting effectively in front of large groups, both technically and non-technically oriented.
A passionate public speaker, who presents with gravitas and awareness
Ability to understand business problems of C-level executives, discuss those problems, and present within a security context
Someone who has an insatiable curiosity for cybersecurity and is ‘never done’ in learning about something new
Possess product expertise on all Rapid7’s product groups, with specialized expertise in the security solutions and Security Operations domain.
Proven track record in driving results and impact within a changing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
