Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate engagement between finance and non-finance executives to drive decisions
opportunities to improve near term financial performance and to focus on the strategic priorities necessary to achieve the longer term targets
- Work with business partners and cross functional teams to set near term and long term strategic initiatives. Identify tactical projects / strategic longer term projects to meet the long term goals; verify cost models and build the business case and risk management
- Assist in make-versus-buy analysis and scenario planning to optimize supply chain decisions.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics, including supplier lead times, working capital, and COGS trends.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to track supply chain financial performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Support financial modeling for supplier contracts, negotiations, and strategic sourcing initiatives.Manageinvestment spending, develop ROI analysis on new projects and prioritize investments accordingly
- Identify process improvements and work with various stakeholders to bring it to fruition
Provide support for special projects and/or M&A activities and various adhoc reporting

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, supply chain, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SAP, Tableau, and financial modeling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage competing priorities
