As a, you will be at the forefront of ensuring customers successfully onboard and integrate our solutions. Collaborating with, you will guide customers through integration, validate system functionality, and troubleshoot deployment-related challenges. You will serve as the primary technical contact for deployment-related issues, diagnosing and troubleshooting system configurations. To enhance scalability, you will develop automation scripts and tools that streamline processes. Working with cloud-based applications and networking technologies, you will play a key role in ensuring that customers fully leverage the product’s capabilities. Occasionally, this role may require flexible or extended hours to support critical customer needs.
