- Use data analysis skills to compile and analyze financial information and trends for the assigned organization and communicate results and recommendations to management and the business.
- Work with the team to develop and maintain processes and reports to track key business metrics.
- Contribute to the enhancement of policies, procedures, and business practices that improve efficiency within the finance function and the business.
- Develop and maintain integrated financial statement plans and forecasts using detailed financial metric modeling and analytics.
To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree, Finance or Accounting concentration preferred, along with 2+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst role.
- You have a strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting/budgeting practice.
- You have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as strong analytical skills.
- You understand core finance business processes that allow you to ensure timely delivery of financial results including Quarterly Business Reviews, close processes, SOX controls, and Audit.
- Experience with Adaptive a plus.
