Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Process Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding any queries prior to joining and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed before the new hires start.
  • Coordination of Orientation Sessions:Organize and facilitate employee orientations, providing new hires with essential information about company policies, culture, and their specific roles.
    • Project Management:Utilize project management skills to plan and prioritise multiple onboarding tasks, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Cross-collaboration with other on-shore and off-shore Teams:
  • Continuous Improvement:Gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process, implementing changes as necessary to enhance the experience.
  • Documentation and Reporting:

Skills and attributes for success

  • You will have ideally minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment or onboarding coordinator role.
  • You are highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, with a proven ability to plan, prioritize, and execute onboarding tasks efficiently.
  • You have experience in organising and facilitating employee orientations and initial training sessions, with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • You have a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
