Promotional Planning:
Support planning and execution of promotional activities to drive sales and enhance category visibility.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns.
Support trade plans for Fashion through creation and execution of trackers
Support Account Managers in driving adoption in category specific trading activity such as seasonal events and coupons, managing budget goals where needed
Overseeing all deals budget requests and requirements, collaborating closely with the account management team to ensure budgetary goals are achieved and maintained
Reporting:
Create weekly business review templates, support analysis at a total fashion and initiative level
Assist in creating and maintaining reporting templates for buyer programs like CSAT, eBay Live, and Holiday
Own tracking and analyzing financial metrics for deals
Buyer Activations:
Category support for merchandising, proving relevant feedback to support category growth and elevated buyer experience
Support Account Managers in driving adoption in category specific trading activity such as seasonal events and Seller-funded coupons.
Support Marketing levers across brand building, incentives, and awareness campaigns
Support Trading Managers / Leads in planning and execution of consumer-facing buyer events which ladder back to awareness goals
What you will bring:
BA/BS with 3-5 years relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, or ecommerce/ marketplaces.
Execution-driven, growth-oriented, ownership mentality to drive performance against agreed critical metrics
Strong project management and problem-solving skills - experience in project management and executing on strategies preferred
Experience managing ambiguity and minimizing uncertainty through quantitative and qualitative insights.
Experience acting as the voice of the customer and channeling many points of view, synthesizing them to drive alignment even in times of friction or disagreement.
Experience in managing digital and/or marketplace/e-commerce projects in fast paced environments with deep insight into the digital segment
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, strong analytical skills, results-driven with adaptable style
Can communicate effectively in large or small group settings, executive level presentation skills
Ability to motivate and align groups of individuals optimally and manage cross-functional coordination
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$70,000 - $120,700These jobs might be a good fit
