Description
Responsibilities include: Manage, maintain and represent comprehensive Retail Design Standards and Implementation documentation through prototypical Construction Documents, Specifications, Design Guidance, Product Standards, Shop Drawings, BIM and supporting information and tools.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of architecture, construction or related industry experience
  • Professional degree in architecture, construction management or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to work effectively with a wide range of design, construction and technology specialists.
  • Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure high quality deliverables and execution of multiple projects effectively and independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Self-starter who possesses exceptional time-management skills and has excellent attention to detail
  • Solution-based individual contributor who can work independently but also foster partnerships with individual stakeholders outside of Retail Design
  • Working knowledge of BIM tools, cloud based platforms and strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying schedules
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
