Description
Outline and manage initiative schedule from brief development through handover and implementation. Prepare and manage a budget inclusive of consultant costs, vendor costs, mockup costs, etc, to fully develop an initiative. Present as needed to senior leadership for approval to proceed. Develop thorough consultant and vendor Scopes of Work. Prepare and manage necessary legal documents in support of consultant and vendor engagements. Guide assigned Design Manger(s) and internal cross functional partners towards efficient use of initiative budget and schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management within the architectural, construction, or product development industries.
  • Knowledge of the requirements to develop complex systems and technologies, and their integration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to work effectively with a wide range of design, construction, and technology specialists
  • Excellent organization skills, problem solving skills
  • Experience meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a quick learner and self starter who is comfortable working independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of Mac OS and Mac software such as Keynote, Numbers and Pages
  • Excel proficiency is a plus
  • Familiarity with common industry scheduling software, budgeting software
  • Retail Development Experience
  • Bachelors degree in related field
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
