As a Trading Analyst within the Execution of Services Team you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include the meticulous administration of trades, requiring exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify requirements for enhancements to existing systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all orders are booked and settled correctly
- Oversee client share dealing and FX requirement
- Review of all Jira Boards and Jira tickets, ensure all orders are processed within the required timeframe
- Complete and review daily orders, create Master Tracker for all orders
- Report and escalate any issues which arise as a matter of urgency
- Provide support to the payment/settlement teams when required
- Maintain and update current procedures, design and draft new procedures relating to operational processes
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify requirements for enhancements to existing systems
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Familiarity with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working with development team
- Superior written & verbal communication skills.
- IT literacy
- Highly motivated willing to see all tasks through to completion

- Degree within a relevant field such as business, finance, banking etc.
