Inventory management
of bond and coupon payment presentment, Doversight reporting to ensure compliance and service level agreements,
Regulatory Reporting
, Monitor
and oversee bondholder check printing andto ensure payments aremade timely


Additional functionsmay be required as an Operation's Manager include

PTAO leadership
peers to be the onsite Cincinnati
leader in coordinating various activities and be visible and available as supportfor other leaders offsite.

: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm local time; Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Typically five to eight years of relevant experience

Skills/Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area

  • Broad understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations

  • Strong organizational, managerial and project management skills

  • Well-developed customer relations skills

  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Thorough knowledge of banking operations and human resources

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $73,610.00 - $86,600.00 - $95,260.00 Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need.
