We will team up to:

• Define a finance vision, mission and strategy
• Conduct accelerated finance diagnostics, maturity assessments and benchmarking
• Design and implement new Finance Operating Models
• Design and implement Shared Service Centers (Global Business Services)
• Drive process excellence in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis
• Leverage automation and digital processes

Profile

• Master degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of experience in management consulting or in the delivery of large scale Finance & Operating Model programs in the industry
• Experience with Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis
• Knowledge of technologies such as RPA, process mining, SAP, etc. is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and/or Dutch and/or French

• Excellent problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills
• A proven ability to work in a team environment with diverse groups
• Forward thinker, quick learner, and self-motivator that thrives on new challenges
• Flexible with travel requirements
