Senior Product Manager, Data Governance Services - responsible for building and optimizing our data management and governance solutions to support mission critical product and compliance objectives.
What do you need to bring:
- 6+ years of product management experience
- Demonstrated ability to be curious and understand “why”
- Proven track record of delivering successful products
- Deep empathy and appreciation for customer needs
- Strong decisioning skills – should be able to understand customer, data and context and drive product hypothesis &decisions.
- Should be able to work fast in an changing environment and be able to deal with ambiguity and bring clarity to teams
- Strong sense of visual design and attention to detail
- Experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking or Regional Product experience a plus.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Lead a cross-functional team in creating and launching mobile-first experiences
- Understand PayPal's strategic and competitive position in the market to develop right product solutions for your area of focus
- Analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features
- Identify, design, experiment, and iterate on initiatives leveraging usability testing, data, and market research
- Define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, market, and launch product
- Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making
